At their Greenock factory they manufacture exclusively in pressure treated engineered softwood or naturally durable Meranti hardwood. These products are made in a variety of styles with a wide range of finishes to suit your taste and use Saveheat energy efficient glass to reduce your heating bills.

Bespoke Timber Windows
With timber windows, they don't have to be square, or even have four sides, a bevelled sill, or arched or gothic heads can also be incorporated into most of our products, even circles or hexagons to match your requirements.
Each timber unit style can have one of our standard colour options or we can match any RAL paint colour of your choice, each window has a variety of ironmongery options and finishes too. We can also supply a Secured by Design certified product for the Double Swing, Enhanced Casement and Tilt and Turn products.

The McLay Glass Guarantee
McLay Glass & Glazing Contractors guarantee their products of Timber frames for a period of 30 years against fungal and rot protection with
durable Hardwood having a Performance Category ‘A’ -desired service life of 60 years (refer BS 5589: 1989) and preservative treated Softwood having a Performance Category ‘B’ - desired service life of 30 years (refer BS 5589: 1989). All our products are covered by a 5 year warranty against
manufacturing defects. Factory glazed products are covered by a 5 year warranty.
